It’s almost new systems GO…

A new order process system & fingers crossed quicker lead times to follow.

Over the past 2 years we have grown more than we could have imagined, but until now our order process system has remained the same since day one (8 years ago). So, over the past 6 months we have been working hard behind the scenes to create a completely new order process.

The entire process has been reviewed (from start, to finish), and we have made numerous improvements to ensure that orders are processed, manufactured and dispatched as quick as possible. The biggest change has been the automation of the entire system (within a single, digitised application), these updates will help us improve our time management (especially the balance of our time, between the product ranges and bespoke interiors).

Aspects of our new system have already been introduced (those of you who have ordered bespoke products over the past month or so will have unknowingly been introduced to our new processes) and the automated product range process is currently in its final testing stage. If all goes as planned, the new system will be live within a few weeks.

Moving forward, the improved systems will help us ensure that lead times remain as quick as possible, as we continue to grow and develop over the coming years.
