Ordering Guide (Step-By-Step)

Please find our step-by-step guide for “how to place an order” below:

1. Browse the website adding the items of interest to the shopping basket one-by-one.
    
2. Once you have added all items of interest to the shopping basket click on the basket icon (top right of the website), this will redirect you to the shopping basket.
    
3. When on the shopping basket please select a delivery method, from the drop down box labeled “Delivery method”.
    
4. After you have selected the appropriate delivery methods please click on the “Check out” button to progress to the check out.
   
   Next you will need to select one of the following options:
   
   • Sign in for registered customers
      Select this option if you are already a registered customer.
   
   • Order without registering
      Select this option if you wish to progress with the order without registering for an account.
   
   • Order and register as customer
      Select this option if you wish to progress with the order and register for an account.
    
5. After you have selected one of the above options you will need to complete the appropriate form and agree to our privacy policy by ticking the box.
    
6. After you have completed the form and agreed to our privacy policy please click on the “Next” button to progress.
    
7. The next step is to enter (if appropriate - depending on the option you chose above) and confirm the delivery address, please complete the form (if required) and click on the “Next” button to progress.
    
8. Next you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions policy by ticking the box and confirming that the order information is correct.
    
9. Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions and checked over the information please click on the “Buy now” button to progress.
    
10. The final stage before payment is to progress to your chosen payment providers website, please click on the “Pay” button to progress.
     
11. At this stage you will be forwarded to the payment providers website.
     
12. After you have been forwarded to the payment providers website please complete the required payment information form and confirm the payment.
     
13. Finally, after you have completed the payment you will be forwarded back to the Optimise Automotive website.
     
14. After you have placed the order you will instantly receive an email, confirming your order.

All that is left to do is sit back, relax & wait for your new interior.
