22/08/2014 - Important news about a weeks closure

We will be closed for manufacturing between Monday 15th September 2014 and Friday 19th September 2014.

During this closed week we are making essential modifications to the premises, including a new layout in our trimming area  and we are also adding a new storage department. This new area (that we are adding to the premises layout) will allow us to keep a larger range of popular products in stock, meaning we will be able to offer a quicker dispatch lead time on all popular trim and products.

This closure does unfortunately mean that there may be delays on orders placed between Monday 8th September (and in some cases orders placed after Monday 1st September 2014) and Friday 19th September 2014 (a majority of orders placed between roughly Wednesday 11th September 2014 and Friday 19th September 2014 will be manufactured and dispatched after the workshops reopen on Monday 22nd September 2014).

If you have any questions regarding lead times during this period please contact us.

Our office will remain open, so you can phone and/or email us as normal, but the workshops will be shut.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this closed period. We would also like to point out that is will not affect:

- Lead times of orders placed before Monday 1st September 2014.
- And also, any bespoke orders that have already been placed (in this instance your original start date and lead time will remain).

Finally, this is very exciting times for us and we hope to have more news very soon about the opening of our shop.
