UK Mainland

This service includes delivery to UK Mainland destinations, including:

  • England

  • Wales

  • Scotland (not including the Highlands)

Orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mail (for smaller items) or ParcelForce (for larger items). Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and packaging requirements of each order, as individual items may need to be packaged differently depending on their size and quantity.

  • Letter (Royal Mail): £2

  • Small parcel (Royal Mail): £8

  • Large parcel (ParcelForce): £18

UK Mainland delivery covers all UK postcodes except the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes: BT, IM and TR21 to TR25.

  • The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes: IV, HS, KA27 to KA28, KW, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH17 to PH26, PH30 to PH44, PH49, PH50 and ZE.

  • Channel Islands - postcodes: GY and JE.

Rest of the World

If you require delivery outside of UK Mainland destinations (including other UK non-mainland locations, Europe, and the rest of the world), please contact me before placing your order so I can provide delivery information.

If you do not get in touch beforehand, I will email you after your order has been received with the available delivery options and costs, so please keep an eye out for that email.

If delivery information has not been requested in advance and you decide to cancel your order, any refund will be issued minus the transaction fees charged by the payment provider. These fees are not refunded to me by the payment provider, so the deducted amount reflects the actual costs incurred.

Transaction fees can vary depending on card type, payment method, and customer location, meaning the deducted amount may differ between orders.

For reference, if you are ordering colour swatch samples, delivery costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, so there is no need to contact me regarding delivery information.

Collection

The Optimise Automotive workshop is based in a small farming village in the Staffordshire countryside, approximately 10 miles west of Stoke-on-Trent (13 miles / 25 minutes from Junction 16 of the M6 and 9 miles / 15 minutes from Junction 15 of the M6).

Collection from Optimise HQ is only available for bespoke interior projects that include seat retrimming. Standard Classic Mini product range orders cannot be collected from Optimise HQ and will be delivered using one of the available shipping options.

If your project requires me to retrim your existing seats, we can arrange to bring your seats to the workshop and collect them once the work is complete. All other components (including dash rails and sun visors) can be sent and returned by courier, so there is no need to visit Optimise HQ for these.
