Bespoke order process.

Step 1: Tell us about your project

The first step of any interior is to tell us about your project.

As an automotive designer by trade, Andy has a keen eye for design and is well qualified to help guide you through the design process.

Please drop me an email with a description of your ideas and thoughts - please include information about your Mini, a list of items you require, trim options you like, colours you are considering and also photos of your exterior, so I can fully understand your build. Plus if you have any, please include photos of interiors and/or exteriors that have inspired your choices.

The more detail you can give the better.

Step 2: Quotes

Following our initial discussions I will put costs together for you, via email.

This will include costs for your project, information regarding our current bespoke schedule of work and also further information with regards to the bespoke order process, which will be specific to your project (depending on your projects size and type of project).

This stage can take upwards of a month to finalise, as it is the ideal time to go back and forth, removing and/or adding items and/or options to and from the project list.

Once you are happy with your quote, it is time to book your project in.

Step 3: Booking

You can confirm the project and make the booking payment through our website (I will send you an invoice via email).

All website order payments are secured through our online payment gateway provider (Stripe), this is the safest and easiest way to pay online. Payment is taken at the final point of order confirmation and processed from your bank account immediately.

Step 4: Project confirmation

After you have placed the order you will instantly receive an automated email from us, confirming your order.

Following that, after we have processed your order, I will send you an additional confirmation email, which will confirm your projects estimated dates.

Step 5: Project details & finalisation

With your project booked in we can start the process of compiling your project folder.

This document will detail everything that we have previously discussed and cover all the finer details of your interior, including a full design and specification list.

Step 6: Drop off your project (if applicable)

Moving forward (if applicable), the next step is to arrange a convenient time for you to drop the seats and/or items off with us.

We do ask that you get the seats and/or items to us as close to the start date as possible and we can arrange a convenient drop-off appointment, that suits us both.

Step 7: Sit back, relax & let us do our thing

By now you will have already been provided with estimated project dates, so simply sit back, relax and let Andy do his thing.

Step 8: Collect your project (if applicable)

Upon completion of your project I will email you (if applicable), so we can arrange a convenient collection appointment, that suits us both.

For reference (if applicable), you can pay the remaining balance here at Optimise HQ when you call over to collect, using card (payments provided by Square). I’m afraid I no longer accept cash.
