1x front passenger side door fillet (back)
1x front passenger side check strap
1x rear driver side quarter panel
1x rear passenger side quarter panel.
Tools Needed (Recommended):
Ph2 cross-head screwdriver
Preparation:
Before installing your new front door cards you will need to remove the the original check straps, fillets, pocket liners and door cards.
And before installing your new rear quarter panels you will need to remove the rear seat squab, rear pocket liners and the original rear quarter panels.
Installation - Front Door Cards & Accessories:
Insert the door card into the pocket, locate it fully downwards (at the bottom of the companion bin) and also fully located against the door skin. At this stage the panel should lie outside (and also slightly above) the retaining lip along this top edge. For reference, at the hinge end of the door there will be a spacer located behind the drain pipe (the door panel has a right angle cut out in this corner), ensure that the door cards fits between the spacer and the drain pipe.
Now apply pressure along the horizontal plane. Push the panel at the top (start at the hinge end), this will bend the panel inwards and reduce it's height. By reducing the panels height it will pass under the top retaining lip and sit flat against the outer rear quarter panel.
The next item to install are the fillets. For reference, it does not matter which order the fillets are installed in (front or rear fillet). The straight edge runs along the edge of the inner door frame post and the shaped edge runs against the door card, the shape helps the door card keep its shape.
Insert it with the straight edge against the door by pushing it up into the slot and then feed the fillet down the slot so it sits level on to the top of the door bin ledge.
To finish installing the fillet push the shaped edge back (in the direction of the end of the door), trapping the fillet between the inner door frame post and the door card.
With the door card and fillets installed you can now install the pocket liners. For reference, the liners are sided and you can distinguish the correct liner as they are shaped to fit around the drain pipe. The liners are installed by bending the ends over and inserting the liner into the bin, before folding out the liners inside the bins.
The final item to install on the front doors are the check straps, they simply screw in place, using the original fixings.
Installation - Rear Quarter Panels:
Insert the rear quarter panel into the pocket, locate it fully downwards (at the bottom of the companion bin) and also fully located against the wheel arch. At this stage the panel should lie outside (and also slightly above) the retaining lip.
Now apply pressure along the horizontal plane. Push the panel at the top, this will bend the panel inwards and reduce it's height. By reducing the panels height it will pass under the top retaining lip and sit flat against the outer rear quarter panel.
Post-Installation:
With your new rear quarter panels now installed, you can reinstall the rear pocket liners and rear seat squab.
