Before you install your new seat cover kit, you will need to remove the seats from your Mini.

The front seats are secured using nuts and bolts (two per seat), located under the seats on the legs, in each front corner. Simply remove the bolts from the brackets and remove the seats from your Mini.

The rear seat is secured using screws, you will find two screws (one either side) between the cushion and the squab (you access the the screws by pulling the cushion forward) located on the rear bulkhead. The other two are located in the boot, under the rear parcel shelf, near the bulkhead (one either side). With all four screws removed you can remove both the rear seat cushion and rear seat squab from your Mini.
