Dash Trim Panel Kits

Please cast your eyes over our superb range of Classic Mini dash trim kits. The kits include binnacle dash liners, padded dash tray liners & under dash tray liner support trays - allowing you to completely retrim the dash area of your Classic Mini in one go. All three items of the kit are designed to work together, in perfect unison and as a result, we do not sell the individual items separately.

Specifically developed here at Optimise to be the ultimate Classic Mini dash trim panel kit - we have taken the original trim concept and completely redesigned our kit from scratch, enhancing it in every way to ensure that it is the without doubt the best kit on the market.
 

Binnacle Dash Liners

Classic Mini binnacle dash liners are an original item of trim and they are designed to trim the bulkhead/firewall (between the dash rails). Surrounding the clock binnacle and hiding the windscreen heater pipes, wiring and unsightly sound proofing behind neat panels.

Manufactured from fibreboard, our liners have been completely redesigned to improve fitment and to allow easy installation - when installed our dash liners actually look like they have been fitted correctly (basically, they don't bend in and out like the oversized original liners - they run straight, in a single continuous curve, from start to finish). Plus in addition to the superior fitment, our dash liners are trimmed in a trimming of your choice - creating a refined and luxurious appearance to the dash area of your Mini.
 

Padded Dash Tray Liners

The Classic Mini padded dash tray liner is another item of original trim and the liner is designed to line the bottom of the dash tray (it sits side-to-side, front-to-back, under your clock binnacle) and hides the dash tray framework under a neat piece of trim.

Manufactured from closed cell foam (leatherette option only) and trimmed in a trimming of your choice, our dash tray liners compliment our binnacle dash liners perfectly. In addition to the enhanced appearance (when installed as a kit), the construction of our tray liners (closed cell foam or carpet) means that when installed our dash tray liners actually look like they have been fitted correctly (basically, they follow the contours and sandwich between the binnacle dash liners and lower dash tray - holding the shape, as required).
 

Under Dash Tray Liner Support Trays

The Classic Mini under dash tray liner support trays are again, another item of original trim and the support trays are designed to lay on top of your dash tray framework. This creates a solid base, to lay the padded dash tray liner on top of (essentially, they are designed to allow you to place heavy objects onto the dash tray and prevent items from falling through into the footwells).

Manufactured from 6mm thick MDF, our trays are a completely different shape to the original support trays. They do not fit in and around the windscreen heater pipes, heater unit pipes and wiring - they simply sit in front of it all and simplify an unnecessarily complex item. This also means that you will not need to modify the tray, if you have additional items installed (such as aftermarket electronics and/or auxiliaries) within the dash area.
