Specifically developed here at Optimise to be the ultimate Classic Mini headlining kit - we have taken the original headliner concept and completely redesigned our kit from scratch, enhancing it in every way to ensure that it is the without doubt the best kit on the market.
 

Headliners

Our headliners are designed to the original specifications (the distances between the rods), but we have made them a little wider and a little longer - which gives you more excess material to play with, whilst aligning the headliner and finding the stretch.
 

Pillar Trim

All of our headlining kits come supplied with matching C pillar trim and under rear screen trim (just like the original headliners). However, our C pillar trims are designed to be trimmed around the rear windscreen and rear side quarter window frames - this means that they are installed before you reinstall the windows and the pillar trim is trapped underneath the rubbers, creating a much improved and luxurious appearance to the rear quarter sections of the Mini.

In addition to the original trim pieces, our kits are also supplied with aftermarket A pillar and B pillar trim - enabling you to trim the A pillar & B pillar posts in a matching trimming. Covering the unsightly & crude headliner edges (at the top of the pillars) and the pillars themselves (all the way down to the waistline of the Mini), behind lavish trimmings.
 

Sun Visor Retrims (Optional Extra)

Trimmed Classic Mini sun visors are an aftermarket bespoke extra and our sun visor retrim service has been designed & developed here at Optimise, to perfectly compliment the rest of your interior. The visors are made from 1mm polypropylene, trimmed in the same trimming as the headliner you choose (with a 3mm foam backing) and stitched along the seams (around the edge).

Having your sun visors retrimmed in a trimming that compliments the headliner will instantly enhance the appearance, replacing the flimsy original plastic sun visors with a luxurious alternative.
