Handcrafted to order in my Staffordshire workshop, each Classic Mini door card set is made by me to give you a beautifully finished replacement that fits well, looks right and is built to last.

I’ve taken the original Classic Mini door cards and remastered them for today’s Mini enthusiast, refining the design, materials and construction while retaining the character of the original.

This single-tone design with five lines of stitching and a bottom line of piping is a timeless style, loved by the Mini community for decades and made for those after a proper retro-themed interior, with a bit of extra attention to detail.

This item is trimmed in a premium-grade automotive vinyl leatherette with a heavy grain finish, ideal for Classic Mini interior trim. It’s durable, old-school in appearance and made to last. I’ve also included a few original OEM trim options, so you’ll find some proper factory-style finishes in the mix too (these colours are highlighted with an *).

For reference, the example photos have been trimmed in black vinyl leatherette (Leatherette Colour) with blue vinyl leatherette piping and stitching (Piping & Stitching Colour).

Installation:

Designed to be installed in all MK3 onwards (1969 to 2000) Classic Minis. For reference, all later MK3 onwards (1973 to 2000) rear quarter panels are supplied with the fixing points for original MPi rear pocket liners.

Specifications:

Styled exactly as shown in the photos and trimmed in vinyl leatherette with foam backing for comfort and feel. The panels are CNC machine-cut from hardboard for accuracy and consistency.

The front door cards are made to the original specification, with a few additional holes for modifications such as central locking. The rear door cards are shaped slightly differently to make installation much easier.

I work through all orders in chronological order and lead times vary throughout the year, with spring and summer being my busiest seasons.
