This item is trimmed in a premium-grade automotive vinyl leatherette with a heavy grain finish, ideal for Classic Mini interior trim. It’s durable, old-school in appearance and made to last. I’ve also included a few original OEM trim options, so you’ll find some proper factory-style finishes in the mix too (these colours are highlighted with an *).

For reference, the example photos have been trimmed in black vinyl leatherette (Leatherette Colour) with blue stitching (Stitching Colour).

Installation:
This gaiter is designed to fit Minis with original carpets and won’t work with my carpet kits. Don’t worry — all my carpet kits come with a matching gaiter included.
The gaiter has a flap sewn into the base, making installation straightforward. Simply remove your gear knob, slip the gaiter over the gear stick, refit your gear knob and feed the flap under the hole in the original carpet.
