A handful of single-post headrest front seat cushions, often found on very late models, are attached to the seat frames using plastic J-section strips around the edges underneath the seat. If your original covers are installed using this method, you will need to purchase the additional single-post headrest front seat fixing pack to install your new seat covers.
A handful of single-post headrest front seats, often found on earlier models, have a slightly smaller headrest foam, measuring under 30cm in width at the widest point. If your headrests are around 25cm wide, you will need to purchase the additional foam kit for single-post headrest front seats to properly install your new headrest covers.
Later rear seat squab covers, as found on later SPi interiors and the majority of MPi interiors, are attached to the seat frames using plastic J-section strips. If your original covers are installed using this method, you will need to purchase the additional rear seat fixing pack to install your new seat covers.

This item is trimmed in a premium-grade automotive vinyl leatherette with a heavy grain finish, ideal for Classic Mini interior trim. It’s durable, old-school in appearance and made to last. I’ve also included a few original OEM trim options, so you’ll find some proper factory-style finishes in the mix too (these colours are highlighted with an *).

For reference, the example photos have been trimmed in black vinyl leatherette (Other Leatherette Colour) with blue vinyl leatherette piping and stitching (Featured Leatherette, Piping & Stitching Colour).

Installation:
These replacement seat covers are designed to be installed to single post headrest front seats and the original wire frame squab assembly rear seat.

Specifications:
The seat covers are styled exactly as shown in the photos and trimmed in vinyl leatherette with foam backing for comfort and shape. The main face panels are backed with 12mm foam, while the other face panels use 6mm foam and all remaining panels have 3mm foam backing.
The thicker 12mm foam also gives the stitching a more pronounced appearance, adding definition to the finished seat covers.
