How Gift Vouchers Work
When purchasing a gift voucher, you’ll be asked how you’d like it delivered at checkout, you can choose one of the following options:
Email to Recipient
If you’d like the voucher sent directly to the recipient, you’ll be asked to enter:
Recipient’s name
Recipient’s email address
A short message (up to 80 characters)
Your name (as the sender)
Once the order is complete, the recipient will receive an email containing your message and their unique gift voucher code.
Email to You
If you’d prefer to receive the voucher yourself, you can choose this option instead. You’ll be asked to enter:
Recipient’s name
A short message (up to 80 characters)
Your name (as the sender)
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the gift voucher details, which you can forward on or print, if you’d like to give it in person.
Redeeming a Gift Voucher
Once the recipient has their voucher, it can be redeemed by entering the gift voucher code at checkout when purchasing products from the website.
Please note:
Gift vouchers are valid for direct website checkout purchases only, including the Classic Mini interior product range.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for bespoke work, which is paid via manual invoices.
Gift vouchers are applied to the full order total at checkout, including shipping. If the order total exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid using the usual checkout payment methods.
